At present, the energy consumption of insulated cars is mainly concentrated in the refrigeration system, accounting for about 60-70% of the total energy consumption, and the core factor that determines the amount of energy consumption is the thermal insulation performance of their enclosure. The thermal insulation car mainly uses polyurethane as the thermal insulation material, and the thermal conductivity of polyurethane is 0.023w/(mk); the company has developed a new type of high-efficiency energy-saving composite thermal insulation board, which is composed of vacuum insulation board and polyurethane. The thermal conductivity of the insulation board can reach 0.0020w/(mk). Taking the 11cm board as an example, the power consumption of using 11cm pure polyurethane board is 1649.48 degrees/day. For example, using the 11cm new high-efficiency energy-saving composite insulation board produced by our company, the power consumption is 1317.43 degrees/day. It can be seen that using the 11cm new high-efficiency and energy-saving composite insulation board produced by our company reduces the power consumption by 17.03% compared with the 11cm pure polyurethane board.

At present, the transportation department of our country divides refrigerated trucks into eight grades, which are grades A to H.
