In addition, compared with developed countries, there is still a big gap in the development of my country's cold chain market. Due to the high cost of cold chain transportation and low gross profit margin, the profit model of fresh e-commerce is still unclear. From the industry's point of view, the epidemic will also become a "pressure touchstone" for the strength of various logistics companies. Only companies with strong supply chain management capabilities can achieve success in direct source mining, informatization of cold chain logistics, and optimization of distribution routes. Break through in competition. "The limitations of traditional cold chain cannot meet the needs of modern fresh retail, so it will stimulate the rise of large supply chains and cold chain logistics platforms. The management capabilities of the entire supply chain of information and network of fresh food supply chains and the realization of cold chain logistics The'cost reduction and efficiency increase' will become a high competition barrier for fresh retail companies.
